Prof Sani Abubakar Mashi, Director-General/CEO NiMet

Prof. Sani Abubakar Mashi is the Director-General / CEO Nigerian Meteorological Agency. He is the Permanent Representative of Nigeria and Member of Executive Council to the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). He was previously the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration), University of Abuja. He is currently a Member Technical Advisory Council, National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA). He also served as the Coordinator (Director-General) and Chief Executive of the Abuja Metropolitan Management Council.

The Director General/CEO of the Nigerian Meteorological Agency, NiMet, Prof. Abubakar Sani Mashi, has assured that the Federal Government through his agency is ready to assist the Liberian Meteorological Services in strengthening its capacity to deliver efficient services.
