The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) today announced the official launch of its new Automated Payslip Dispatch System, marking a decisive step in its digital transformation journey under the renewed hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR. The initiative, spearheaded by the Director-General/Chief Executive Officer, Prof. Charles Anosike, ends the Agency's era of manual, paper-based payslip distribution.

The fully developed system will automatically and securely deliver monthly payslips to the official NiMet email addresses of all staff immediately after payroll finalization. This shift eliminates a previously protracted manual process, where the Payroll Unit spent weeks printing, sorting, and dispatching physical documents.
