In September, most of the country will continue to experience the influx of moisture-laden southwesterly wind over most parts of the country. While the extreme northern fringes of the country will begin to experience cessation of rains, the southern parts will be witnessing their second peak of the rainy season which is usually characterize by increase in temperature and occurrence of thunderstorms.
