The Director General and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet), Professor Charles Anosike, represented by the Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, Mrs Funke Adebayo-Arowojobe, on Thursday, 6th March 2025, received the prestigious award for Excellence in Weather Forecast.
The award ceremony was organized by frontline aviation industry magazine, Air Transport Quarterly (ATQ), and was part of the events at the 4th edition of the Air Transport Industry Awards which took place in Lagos.
